About this movie

The Halloween night when Michael Myers returned isn't over yet. Michael manages to free himself from Laurie Strode's (Jamie Lee Curtis) trap to resume his ritual bloodbath. As Laurie fights for her life from injuries from her last encounter with Michael, she inspires her daughter Karen (Judy Greer), granddaughter Allyson (Andi Matichak), and all of Haddonfield to rise up against their unstoppable monster. The vigilante mob then sets out to hunt Michael down, once and for all. Evil dies tonight.

Ratings and reviews

Spoilers!!! Halloween kinda goes John Wicks, I felt some of the kills were too long and in detail. The first one was awfully gruesome, almost distasteful. Probably contained some social message about mob mental turns humans stupid. Reverted back to old horror troups, everyone's suddenly becomes dumb when theirs a murderer around. Why didn't they shot him the head, they all spoke about doing it but knowone did, it's Michael. Nice and short so you don't think too much about it.

Excellent movie. Obviously the bad reviews are from people who didn't really understand the movie. Not all horror movies have to have beautiful girls, blood and gore, idiot. Michael never had his head cut off, obviously you didn't watch the franchise properly. Go back to watching Trolls World Tour.

I've been a fan of the Halloween series since 1978. Some films have been hit & miss after Halloween 2 (1981), for me H20 was the best out of those sequels. Now in 2022, I absolutely love this new timeline, David Gordon Green has found the perfect formula which is credible & believable. Halloween Kills is a non stop ride, a good story, horrific moments, perfect music score & a shocking ending. I can't wait for Halloween Ends, this for me now is the definitive Halloween timeline.
