Really well done and while the secrets to happiness seem common sense, it's a good reminder, backed up by research. I rented it. Now I am buying it so I can keep reminding myself of the principles.

This is perhaps one of the best movies I have watched in my life. Highly interesting and entertaining. The information it offers is solid and nicely presented. Click play--you won't regret it.
