Happy New Year is built around 5 disparate characters who are fighting a most unlikely battle.. a battle of international proportions.. but it’s a battle being fought on a dance floor. Where the rest of the world’s competitors are battling for national pride and glory on the world stage, our 5 are dancing for a different cause.. revenge, retribution and closure. This is Team India, a group that has no confidence in its own dancing abilities, but is competing for a cause very important to them. How this bunch of losers transform themselves into a team that performs really well and how they win over the hearts of the people in the city and across the world, forms the rest of the story. Calificaciones y opiniones

Even considering purely commercial movies, Farah Khan's Happy New Year is an example of how bad a movie can get. It is also an example of talented actors committing to dumb movies in the name of I-don't-know-what. The only thing worth watching is a stunning Deepika Padukone, alone on stage, with the Taj Mahal at the background, towards the end of the movie. One can miss this movie happily or one can watch it as an exercise of cultivating patience.

This movie was OK not so good and not so bad. It was just imaginary , no one keeps such bakwaas security for the 300cr diamonds and somethings were fake. I loved abhishekh's acting Boman sir's acting.

I'm one of the few unlucky ones who had the displeasure to watch this movie in a cinema hall. While I couldn't save myself you guys still have a chance. Don't watch this movie. You're welcome. I'd give this movie half a star or quarter of a star if I could.
