This is the journey of Sudheer, once a 'character actor' of the Hindi films of 80s/90s where he always played the typical smuggler, dacoit, henchman, doctor, lawyer or an inspector. Now retired and aloof, one fine day, he comes across a rare fact that he ended his career after doing 499 films. He realises that if he finishes the magic number of 500, then it would be some kind of a rare record and his life would be considered a huge success. The film takes us through the bittersweet journey of Sudheer as he decides to make a comeback and find a spectacular 500th film that will end his career in a flourish.

Superb movie and well portrayed. Sanjay Mishra is surely a legendary actor and this movie touches heart in so many ways. The life of actors and the reality of movie industry is shown brilliantly. The movie ends with a very emotional message that although it is the Other actors (or should i say Kalaakar) who make us laugh and entertain us audience tend to get attracted more towards lead actors which surely is very unfair. I really like this movie a lot and must say it teaches a lot.

The moment one sees Sanjai Mishra, I become happy watching a movie. He is that good an actor. Watch this movie for a healthy dose of laughter, fun, heartwarming moments and you end it with moist eyes yet being happy. Do watch.
