Trying to figure out the motivations of the characters in this film is like trying to watch a movie that's been translated from English to Chinese and back again twelve times. They hate him, they're afraid of him, and then suddenly without warning, he's their best friend and the dad is like??? super broken up about having to send Harry back to the forest and all I was thinking the entire time was HE DESTROYED YOUR HOUSE!!! WHAT'S WRONG WITH YOU!!! Also why is Poirot here? Doesn't he have better things to do? One good thing I can say about this film is that the bigfoot suit was very well done. Harry's face was very expressive and interesting to look at. While the plot of the movie was incomprehensible, the scenes where Harry is most prominent are the strongest in the film, in my opinion. The actors playing the Hendersons were...not stellar. I'd say watch it if you want to, because heck maybe you enjoy this kinda thing. Heck knows I love watching dumb movies every now and then, this one just wasn't my cup of tea.

It was one of the greatest movies out there, I watched it as a kid so many times, and the sad thing is that people give hate to classic movies like this one, especially you Amelia ritzenthalor! And I understand "it's not your cup of tea" as you stated, but sometimes you have to give a little respect to actors and movies, now I hope you don't give hate to anymore movies or tv that you have no reason to.

Love this movie! I have since I was a little girl! And my 4 year old daughter loves harry! Wish they never took it off Netflix!!☹️
