Based on the best-selling Stephen King novel. This coming-of-age story, set during the Vietnam war, centers around a brilliant but fatherless boy and his mother, whose lives are forever changed by a mysterious man, Academy Award-winner Anthony Hopkins ("Bad Company," "Hannibal") who enlists the aid of the young boy to save his life. Also starring David Morse ("Bait," "Proof of Life"), Anton Yelchin ("Along Came a Spider," "15 Minutes") and Hope Davis ("Arlington Road," "Joe Gould's Secret").

I love that movie. Anthony Hopkins and Anton Yelchin have great chemistry. I love Stephen King novels and this one did not disappoint. I don’t think everyone will like it but for me, I had to buy it so I can watch it anytime I feel like it.

This is a return trip to this movie. I have seen it once before and could not resist seeing it again. It reached my psyche in ways that few other movies have ever come close to doing.

Awesome movie! -1 star for not keeping the relationship between the Men in Yellow Coats and the Dark Tower though...
