C. Adams
It's all frightfully romantic, indeed...Equal parts horror and love story, this film succeeds on all levels....What they do ends horribly, but you really enter their imaginary Fourth world, see how they eventually turned their lives into an operatic macabre love conquers all crime drama...which Jackson adapted with equally skillful passion for the screen...The ending is tragic, not only the plot, but the after story, how they must never meet, and we only rarely glimpse such passionate projects on the screen

The imagery, the way the story draws you in, the visual world that Peter Jackson paints...you will NEVER forget this experience!
