This film I grew up with and I have always loved. It is very kooky, but even after all of these years I still find it a delight to watch. I maybe be viewing it with rose tinted glasses, but watching Bette Midler as Winifred always makes me grin. They look like they so much fun with this film. While the script may not be the strongest, the performances of the younger actors not the best in world, the music is still just as enchanting. Overall I still love it and recommend it to anyone.
