About this movie

The award-winning bestseller comes to life in this phenomenally fun, adventure-filled movie starring Emmy Award-winner Shia LaBeouf. Dogged by bad luck stemming from an ancient family curse, young Stanley Yelnats (LaBeouf) is sent to Camp Green Lake, a very weird place that's not green and doesn't have a lake. Once there, he's thrown headlong into the adventure of his life when he and his colorful campmates -- Squid, Armpit, Zigzag, Magnet, X-Ray, and Zero -- must dig a hole a day to keep the warden at bay. But why? Through it all, Stanley and company must forge fast friendships as they try to unearth the mystery of what's really going on in the middle of nowhere. Filled with humor and heartwarming messages of friendship and teamwork, HOLES is a treasure everyone will dig.

One of my favorite movies I LOVED this movie but I thought it was sad when Mary lou died she did nothing wrong but it was halarious when Stanley and zero said I bet she looked good in a bikini and when mr.sir kept repeting this is not a girl scout camp but at the end that's exactly what it was turned into

This movie is great, but they have some curses in it. I started watching this on Thursday at school but, didn't get to finish. But, I still can't watch the movie any website or app I go on, it leads me to another place. I'm just giving the movie a 5 star because I really like it and I think it's interesting. 😃

Aside from the movie dark of the moon, this is Shia's best movie. It has humor, a great story, attitude and even a little bit of action. Also, the flashbacks are handled well without becoming confusing. One of Disney's best movies. The only thing that could beat this movie is the book.
