About this movie

Honey (Jessica Alba), a tough, sexy dancer from the inner city, becomes a successful music video choreographer, but her career is threatened when her mentor blackmails her into the following choice: either sleep with him ... or be blackballed. Honey ultimately decides to pursue her lifelong dream of opening her own dance studio for inner-city youths, but she'll need some help from her community to make it happen. Mekhi Phifer and Lil' Romeo co-star.

Really not great.. think Step Up but actually a large step down.

Very typical of this style dance film, but with style, a bit of depth, and Jessica Alba. Cool film, very re-watchable.

A pretty poor film but watched it many times with the volume down for research purposes.
