About this movie

Rick Moranis stars as a preoccupied inventor who just can't seem to get his electro-magnetic shrinking machine to work. Then, when he accidentally shrinks his kids down to one-quarter-inch tall and tosses them out in the trash, the real adventure begins! Now the kids face incredible dangers as they try to make their way home through the jungle of their own backyard! Hurricane sprinklers! Dive-bombing bees! A runaway lawn mower and much, much more!

Doesn't work. All I get is, "This video contains content from Disney. It is not available." Using Google Chrome from my home in Maryland USA with a 25 MBPS connection - you would hope that is not a very challenging delivery scenario. Tried refreshing the browser, clearing the cache, logging off and back on, and even another browser. Interesting that I am not the only one and that there is a ready filled box with this type of error in the feedback system. Obviously this is a known problem and yet, before I try to watch and download the movie there is no warning that it may not work. Try explaining that to very excited children. Very disappointing service. When I spend my limited time following the advertising hype of Google, look at the offerings, get some buy-in from my children and then find it doesn't work as advertised, I feel misled, disappointed and unhappy. I can't recommend investing time in getting into this service with its inability to deliver.

I try to play this video and all i get is a message: "This video contains content from Disney. It is not available." I have contacted google five times spanning a period of over ten days. All I've received is an automated message saying they received my problem report. No response from a human being. No refund. There is no customer service - at all. I strongly recommend everyone stay far, far away from google for their video needs. This is coming from someone who has used practically all of google's services for the past ten years. Most of their services are free so I have always been patient dealing technical issues - especially because I appreciate the open nature of much of their work. But this is just plain unacceptable. I paid money for a service I did not receive and I'm unable to even bring it to the attention of a human being, much less get a refund. Epic fail, google. These kinds of shenanigans are going to cost you big time with even your most loyal user base. I know for sure that I will be very wary in the future of spending money for services from google since I now know I can't trust them to actually provide it.

Some of the effects may be lost on the youth of today but for those of us that lived through it the movie is a pretty amazing feat (the production design notwithstanding; massive grass blades and Legos are awesome whoever you are). Give it a look for a lot of fun.
