Horrific, surreal and shocking, "Horsehead" is a horror-fantasy filled with unforgettable images that will both disturb and enchant. Beautiful Jessica (Lilly-Fleur Pointeaux, "Second Chance") returns to her family's countryside estate for her grandmother's funeral. Haunted by recurring nightmares of a horse-headed monster, Jessica tries to put her studies of lucid dreaming to good use, as she semi-consciously explores the mysterious dream landscape in an attempt to discover the secrets behind it. But Jessica must also cope with a hostile mother (Catriona MacColl, "The Beyond"), and the growing realization that the death of her grandmother was actually a suicide caused by the woman's past traumas and nightmarish visions.
