Pierpont Finch applies the lessons he's learned from a book called How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying to scrabble his way up the corporate ladder. Though advised by the mailroom supervisor to keep a low profile and play things "The Company Way," Finch would rather play by his own set of rules and ethics, however skewed they may be.
