I can see why people and critics didn't like this film. Usually rotten tomatoes is quite accurate but in this case it isnt for me. If I you liked Hugh jackman in van helsing you'll like this film. I personally enjoyed this film. Aaron eckhart is a good actor and good in this film...

I don't get the impression that the reviews on Rotten Tomatoes are by people who like this kind of movie. Give it a try if you like fantasy - lots of action and awesome special effects. Would make an awesome video game

This could've been great, but the Demons and Gargoyles story ruins it, and the bad over the top CGI.
