I Origins is an unusual movie in terms of genre and pacing, but not in a bad way. It's neither amazing nor terrible but saddles a solid middle-ground in terms of plot, character development and acting. Overall it's happy, sad, awkward, heart-breaking and touching all rolled into one. Well worth the watch.
