The organisation 'Brand New-U' identifies network of IDENTICALS - people who walk like you, talk like you, but are experiencing different but better lives - and assists their customers in making the ultimate life-upgrade: eliminating the better-life donor, and relocating their client to that brand new life. Slater (Lachlan Nieboer) already seems to have the perfect life, his dream job and an ideal girlfriend in Nadia (Nora-Jane Noone). But when she is abducted by Brand New-U, and a corpse is left in her place, Slater is forced to become an Identical himself. As he moves through a series of parallel lives, he becomes more and more obsessed with finding his girlfriend, but what he must find in the end is himself.
