Such a wonderfully crafted film. Beautifully shot, a awe-inspiring musuc score and passionately acted with complete humility. A very real, bitter-sweet story that's both devastating yet hopeful - all at the same time. Such a timely and inspiring film, especially in such a potlical divided era. "If Beale Street Could Talk" is yet another Berry Jenkins masterpiece, that's well worth seeing and reflecting on.

I tried, but it was so boring I couldn't make it through the whole movie. I didn't get drawn into the characters one bit unfortunately.

Sad movie. Fabulous acting. All too real reality for many in America.
