I just like this performance by John Wayne and Kirk Douglas they did a good job with out modern CGI the sound was supposed to be special effects but it was just fair made with the same story line and actor's with great CGI would make this a classic as is the ship destroyed at the end was a terrible plastic boat. To bad it was made so long ago.

Agree with Rotten Tomatoes- just NOT good enough, compared to John Wayne's other War movies.

I think I have watched this movie at least 10,000 times. It was my father's favorite movie, as well as nine. We got to the point of speaking the lines out loud. Will always love IN HARM'S WAY!!!!!!
