Not only that "The Incredibles" from 2004 has been one of my favorite childhood films growing up, it is also an incredible (no pun intended) masterpiece. The Incredibles was the first movie I have ever watched in the theater when I was 5 years old. What I really love about the Incredibles is that it's mature, smart, and action-packed. 14 years later, They are finally back! This time, The politicians idiotically reported that our heroes (the family of supers themselves) have destroyed City Hall while trying to stop the Underminer. Superheroes are now illegal, so It is up to a superhero fan named Winston Deavor to make superheroes legal again by hiring Helen (Elastagirl) to save the town, while Bob (Mr. Incredible) takes care of the kids. Suddenly, a menacing villain called the Screenslaver prevents the supers from becoming legal again. Not only that there is a new different plot for this sequel, it has a lot more: There are new superheroes who befriends with the incredibles called the aspiring heroes with highly impressive powers and Jack-Jack has powers of his own, and when he uses them, it is both extraordinary and cute at the same time. Brad Bird (director and writer) and Michael Giacchino (the composer) reunited and made this sequel, and they did not disappoint me at all whatsoever. Brad Bird has made it just as clever and compelling as the first one without reusing and rehashing the same moments that we all remembered from the first one. The humor is fresh and shows that Brad Bird is great at coming up with witty humor that is sharp and how well-directed it was. The way the Brad Bird directed the Incredibles (1 and 2) is thorough, well-timed, and smart. They are both effective with strong tension, amusing comedy, and were very well-written. I don't want to give anything away, but the screenslaver is such an effective villain, spooky, manipulative, and has the power to hypnotize people. In conclusion: The Incredibles 2 did not disappoint me at all; it's mature, action-packed, and witty. It's just as incredible (no pun intended) as the first film. I am hugely satisfied! suitable for ages 8 and up. Highly recommended!

The first Incredibles movie was a wonderful representation of what marriage should be - working as a team, and loving each other even in the worst of times. Mr. Incredible and Mrs. Incredible worked as a team to save the day. They were equally important heroes. In this second movie, rather than working as a team, they were in a competition against each other and that hurts marriages. This movie also had a dark, depressing story line and wasn't nearly as fun as the first. -Jesus loves you!

Eh, it's fine and of course it wouldn't of been good as the first one but it improves a lot in terms of animation. The villain isn't like as good as the first film, which many probably expected. The action sequences are cool and are done from different angles. The biggest problem tho is the whole feminism thing, felt more like an Elastic girl film than Incredibles (which does happen but till at the end of the film), like it could of been better without it.
