I went to watch this film with my friends but was disappointed as the direction is choppy and the plot and dialogues are not well placed. I didn't watch Independence Day but Independence Day: Resurgence is a complete spoof. And yes, I would like to end this by saying this that the main antagonist sucks like a modified hot 🐶.

it doesn't deserve one star. in my days the movie theater was housefull with zero audience yes only i was there i don't know why i already hated the prequel but thought let's see becoz if i don't watch it then how can i criticize it

This is why people hate sequels. The first film in 1996 was so good that I probably expected a lot from this. Ultimate disappointment. A good director like Roland Emmerich can't mess this up more than this.
