À propos de ce film

Ron Howard returns to direct the latest thriller in Dan Brown’s (Da Vinci Code) billion-dollar Robert Langdon series, Inferno, which finds the famous symbologist (again played by Tom Hanks) on a trail of clues tied to the great Dante himself. When Langdon wakes up in an Italian hospital with amnesia, he teams up with Sienna Brooks (Felicity Jones), a doctor he hopes will help him recover his memories. Together, they race across Europe and against the clock to stop the unleashing a global virus that would wipe out half of the world’s population.

OK for a weekday night, a few too many twists and mostly pointless ones. Nice scenery and as someone else said - a tweed jacket version of a James Bond movie.

This movie is what is most wrong about movie adaptions of books. It is barely recognisable from the book and worst of all they totally changed the ending making the entire premise of the book a mockery, only to make Tom Hanks the hero when he was only meant to be an informed narrator at best. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL Movie.

Why do they change it from the book so much? As a big fan of all Dan Brown's books this movie leaves me feeling uninspired and disappointed.
