For Evan McCauley (Mark Wahlberg), skills he has never learned and memories of places he has never visited haunt his daily life. I feel this would have been better as a TV series, but still it's an entertaining film. I'm also hoping there's a book version.

So, I'm a villain who hates reincarnation, and people who get reincarnated try to stop me, so I've invented a gun that stops reincarnation. Maybe he lost 5 IQ points with every reincarnation, much like Wahlberg seems to do with each film.
