Growing up can be a bumpy road, and it's no exception for Riley, who is uprooted from her Midwest life when her father starts a new job in San Francisco. Like all of us, Riley is guided by her emotions – Joy (Amy Poehler), Fear (Bill Hader), Anger (Lewis Black), Disgust (Mindy Kaling) and Sadness (Phyllis Smith). The emotions live in Headquarters, the control center inside Riley's mind, where they help advise her through everyday life. As Riley and her emotions struggle to adjust to a new life in San Francisco, turmoil ensues in Headquarters. Although Joy, Riley's main and most important emotion, tries to keep things positive, the emotions conflict on how best to navigate a new city, house and school.

Buyer beware!! The movie has been good so far, at least as far we can stand watching it. However, if you buy this movie and play through a chromecast you may have to deal with horrible audio glitches - very loud chirping sounds at seemingly random times through the movie. It seems that others are having this problem as well and Google is aware of it. I want my money back so I can purchase a version somewhere else that I can actually stand to watch.

I saw this movie & it made me so mad that I wanted to stop watching it so badly! It took every single ounce of willpower within me to not turn it off! But there are a few stuff I liked about it: the voice cast, the voice acting, the animation, & the strongly positive messages. But I'm NEVER watching this garbage again! However, this movie should definitely be recommended to families but not for me.

Spoilers ahead spoilers ahead . . .at the part when they send the gum Comercial back to the hq they could of sent the core memories back. Also why would you ever try making the main character run away and do horrible things like steal, and some really creepy easter eggs like that one poster (not saying)... I spotted the truck ☺ the pizza truck
