The creative minds behind the hit Insidious trilogy return for Insidious: Chapter 4. In the supernatural thriller, which welcomes back franchise standout Lin Shaye as Dr. Elise Rainier, the brilliant parapsychologist faces her most fearsome and personal haunting yet: in her own family home. The film is written by co-creator Leigh Whannell (Saw), who wrote the trilogy and directed Chapter 3; produced by Insidious regulars Jason Blum (The Purge series, Get Out), Oren Peli (Paranormal Activity) and co-creator James Wan (The Conjuring, Furious 7); and directed by series newcomer Adam Robitel (The Taking of Deborah Logan).

I loved the Insidious saga, the first one was scary, chapter 2 woah, chapter 3 lost me a lil but still good and this one whilst it isn't the grand daddy of them all. It does provide the background of Elise most needed. This last one was helped come full circle. As this was basically the start of the first. A prequel to these sequels haha its still good enough, great if u can watch the first three then this one all at once as it would make a whole lotta sense.

right up my ally for sure very creepy and a excellent scare. l loved this movie, it kept me on the edge of my seat. l recommend this movie to anyone wanting a good scare it also had a good twist towards the end that l didn't expect at all. Absolutely loved it.

Scary for me.... I liked it.. I couldn't go to the toilet without turning 2 lights on.. and I wanted my partner to cuddle me to sleep..😁
