Something evil has taken possession of the small town of Santa Mira, California. Hysterical people accuse their loved ones of being emotionless impostors, of not being themselves. Plant-like extraterrestrials have invaded Earth, replicating the villagers in giant seed "pods" and taking possession of their souls while they sleep. Invasion of the Body Snathers Información interesante. según Kevin McCarthy, la película originalmente iba a terminar con el Dr. Miles todavía en la calle advirtiendo a todos. El nuevo final se agregó para dar algo de esperanza. Aparte de eso, me gusta esta película.

Interesting information. according to Kevin McCarthy, the movie was originally going to end with Dr.Miles still on the street warning everybody. The new ending was added to give some hope. Other then that i like this movie.

One of the best sci-fi films of all time. The pace is slow, probably too slow for modern audiences, but the payoff is well worth the time spent. This one will stick with you. You're next!!!
