Battlestar Galatica's Richard Hatch stars in this intense action flick - Danger faces unsuspecting tourists in Las Vegas when Colonel Nelson (Battlestar Galactica's Richard Hatch) is accidentally electrocuted by the secret U.S. military tank he is testing, Iron Thunder.
