En route to New York, Ellie gets involved with an out-of-work newsman, Peter Warne (Gable). When their bus breaks down, the bickering couple set off on a madcap hitchhiking expedition. Peter hopes to parlay the inside story of their misadventures into a job. But complications fly when the runaway heiress and brash reporter fall in love. One of Frank Capra's masterworks. A romantic comedy as timeless as the man who created it. With plenty of laughable moments and a dialogue driven plot that brings out the characters and makes them lovable.

One of the best films ever made, and still fresh and funny after all these years. Great chemistry between the leads and screwball humor at its best. Don't miss it!
