When scientists uncover an unstable new energy source beneath the African plains, an elite squad steals the mysterious element before it can fall into enemy hands. But after the CIA leader betrays his men and leaves them to perish in a fiery helicopter crash, only Jackie (Chan--Rush Hour), survives. A friendly tribe helps Jackie recover from his injuries, but he struggles to regain his memory. Now, with cute racecar driver Yuki and resourceful newspaper reporter Christine, Jackie follows a trail of clues from Africa to Europe in his two-fisted quest to answer the question: Who Am I?
