This is the Program that started it all! The original Jane Fonda's Workout which, I am proud to say, became the top selling VHS tape of all time. Finally remastered here. This video contains two parts. A 30-minute Beginners program and a 60-minute Advanced program. This will give you a total body aerobic, strength, and flexibility workout. For a great way to maintain cardiovascular health, start with the Beginners program and work your way up to the Advanced routine.

I've used this workout for years to lose weight and tone. It never fails to give results - flexibility, stamina and weight loss. The stretching and breathing exercises alone are beneficial. You'll enjoy this workout with nostalgic and invigorating music.

I first found this workout 15 years ago (as a VHS borrowed from a friend) and fell in love with it! I have tried many other videos and none of them were as easy to follow and gave me results like this video did. I am absolutely THRILLED that this is available because I have been using the only video I could find of this which was on YouTube and it was not good quality. This video gets RESULTS!!
