John Wick är tillbaka! Den legendariske yrkesmördaren vill inte mer, men han tvingas att utföra ett mord till på en gammal vän i Rom. Men attentatet i Rom blir inte Johns sista mord. Plötsligt vänder sig hela lönnmördarsällskapet mot honom och snart kan han inte lita på någon. Det är våldsamt så det stänker om det när John Wick skjuter sig igenom Italiens huvudstad och sen tar med sig striden hem till New Yorks gator. Med ännu fler döda än i ettan är John Wick: Chapter Two årets mest explosiva actionfilm.

Hodnocení a recenze

Did the first film need a sequel? No. Did it already say everything the story needed to tell. Yes. The filmmakers here knows that too. And like the audience. They do not really care about that. We wanted an encore for mr Wick. And they delivered that. The action is just as stylish and grand and we can tell these guys are mainly just having a blast doing some of the best shootouts and fights ever filmed. What started as a puppy avenging killing spree spirals into global skirmishes. I love it.

He kills even more dudes with headshots than in the first. It is 200% action and all possible ways to kill with knifes and guns and hands and feet and grenades yes you get the picture..

While the element of surprise of the first movie may be fading, the world building and great choreography continue to deliver, with Rome as an additional character.
