Emma Suárez and Adriana Ugarte play older and younger versions of Julieta, whose life changes drastically between the years 1985 and 2015. As a young woman, Julieta’s life is full of promise, yet 30 years later she finds herself on the verge of madness. Visionary Spanish director Pedro Almodóvar writes and directs this portrait of a woman’s changing life.
