About this movie

Four teenagers in detention discover an old video game console with a game they’ve never heard of. When they decide to play, they are immediately sucked into the jungle world of Jumanji in the bodies of their avatars (Dwayne Johnson, Jack Black, Kevin Hart, and Karen Gillan). They’ll have to complete the adventure of their lives filled with fun, thrills and danger or be stuck in the game forever!

Ratings and reviews

An easy to watch action comedy/coming of age film. Thankfully they didn't try to remake the original, but re-conceptualised it for a modern audience, with nods to the original. A bit predictable for an adult audience, but a fun kid's film.

Maybe rename as you cant beat the original. Overall managed to watch the whole movie without complete boredom, but could have been better

Nice concept but unfortunately they didn't embeded as the original. Also if they planned to have number 2 than they should've wrote the story line better.
