Inspector Shekhar Varma (Vinod Khanna) is a diligent cop living in Khar, Mumbai, along with his loving wife and daughter. He is assigned to guard the stunning, Geeta Sarabhai ( Sangeeta Bijlani), whose life is in danger as she is the sole witness to a high profile murder.
