Immersing into different cultures and breathtaking landscapes, the three explorers get closer to their dream of climbing K2.

I am disappointed with this compared with other summit films. There is a lot of travelogue style footage that shows snaps of countries and people we don't really engage with in the film. What is the point of this? It feels as if they are being used as colourful background for this 'doco'. The structure and narrative of the doco is unclear. Not doco at its best.

I have been through some of these routes and wish I could have done the same to convert it into a movie. Very inspiring... I might do it again
