Loved this movie. Thoughtfully and tastefully presented. This movie presented the characters in the best light - as unhappy human beings in search for love and acceptance. Each one of the characters - Rishi, Rhea, Dev, and Maya, eventually found true love: Dev and Maya with each other and their ex-spouses with someone new. Like it or not, these things really do happen. I am glad that Kabhi Alvida Naa Kehna addressed this subject matter with such great sensitivity.

Having watched that movie not too long after watching Veer-Zaara, I guess my expectations were set a little too high - it is a great movie, but unfortunately not the greatest romance. A thing that I somehow found less interesting than other Bollywood romances, is the romance aspect - a bit more physical in this movie, instead of the typically more emotional romance. All in all, it is okay - not suprisingly good, but not bad either. It has its moments, but only a few. Was lucky to watch it on netflix, not too sure I'd be satisfied by buying it - it DID have a LOT of funny moments though, mainly in the first half of the movie, but it made me laugh quite a bit!
