Vasu (Abi Hasan), a trainee doctor has just moved to Malaysia with his pregnant wife (Akshara Haasan). An unidentified man gets admitted in his hospital after an accident who is later identified as KK (Vikram), one of the most wanted by the Malaysian police on a murder case. Wife of Vasu is kidnapped with a demand to get KK out of the hospital. How Vasu and KK team up to tackle the situation and handle the cops and the gang is the rest of the movie.
