After watching this video it is unbelievable that there's alot of 1 stars! I notice that all of these people that posted are nothing but losers that most likely did not even watch this video! It's a shame! It's just disgusting and should be investigated! Low Class is all I can think of!!!!

I must say that I have no idea who this woman is but she does a fantastic job of making you feel relaxed while working out and making you feel good about your body. In my opinion its a great workout video.

What a pathetic waste of advertising space, Kenya just did this to be a copy cat. It looks fake, contrived and worthless.
