David Sloan, framed by an international terrorist, Tong Po for murder he didn't commit and is sent to prison. While incarcerated, he learns that Tong Po has kidnapped his wife and is holding her captive at his fortress in Mexico. The Feds will release David if he leads them to Tong Po's fortress. David enters Tong Po's kickboxing tournament and must fight his way through opponents and bodyguards while searching for his wife.

I think by now, they had killed off anything that was good about the series. The original was a classic. The sequel not so good. The third was plain awful and this one is just really bad. Tong Po has now gone from being a Muay Thai champion to a international terrorist running a crime ring and David Sloan, a kickboxing champion turned agent tasked with stopping him. Very far fetched.

Room for improvement, cheap budget but not a bad film at all
