Great overlooked film. The unrated version doesn't pull any punches and has two very good performances by Matthew McConaughey and Gina Gershon. I think this is one of William Friedkin's best films and it barely got noticed by audiences. Recommended!!

The only movie ive seen where I don't want to punch Matthew in the jaw. Not the flirty guy he always is, this is actually a twisted character he plays and ironically enough, I love him for it.

This movie changed how I see Matthew McConaughey how the lovely bones changed Stanley tucci for me. Never the same ever again. And not in a good way.
