It was good and bad. Good because Liam Hemsworth was in it, bad because of the very poor acting by Emory Cohen & the corrupt cops. Whats with the 80's synthesizer music ruining the vibe?

Old school gritty crime movie that keeps you watching until the end. Very underrated movie.
