A series of horrific murders have just gone viral, posted anonymously by the handsome and seductive Nomura (Kazuki Kitamura) with a taste for torture. Thousands of miles away, disgraced journalist Bayu (Oka Antara) can't stop watching and in a reckless moment discovers he, too, can kill. One man in Tokyo. One in Jakarta. A serial killer and a vigilante. As the posts multiply and the body count rises, a bizarre and psychotic rivalry begins and the face-to-face showdown that's coming will paint the city in blood.

Wow; nasty, filthy Brutality we've come to expect from Movies like Saw, and the Hills have Eyes, but with an emotional grip that always lingers in the sidelines like Tarantino's masterpieces. The violence/action is super realistic. A slow paced low budget film with a high budget performance from the leading and supporting roles that fascinates and terrifies.

Just wow... The amount of content here and tonal shifts is ambitious to say the least, however, the mo brothers have managed to continue their winning streak (macabre, the raid, vhs 2) with this thought-provoking and profoundly violent piece of pure cinema rage. If your tastes lie a little more on the horror side, you will most likely be delighted by the unforgiving nature of the film as well as the pitch black comedy sprinkled here and there. For me, highly recommended!

One of my favorites. Really well done, would recommend to most horror fans.
