Acclaimed filmmaker Guy Ritchie brings his dynamic style to the epic fantasy action adventure “King Arthur: Legend of the Sword.” Starring Charlie Hunnam in the title role, the film is an iconoclastic take on the classic Excalibur myth, tracing Arthur’s journey from the streets to the throne. One of the better King Arthur films. It is as the worst critics say: a bit cliche, a bit OTT, lots of magic, lots of grime, arrogance, but it is also charasmatic, true to itself, fast paced, unashamedly fun, and after watching it a few times, a great film to return to. Soundtrack top notch too. I give it four stars because there are some people out there that will hate it, it wont be everyones cup of tea, but if nothing I've said puts you off, then this is worthy of pulling from the stone.

Couldn't decided if it was trying to be time lapse like the series 24 or gangster in the style of Razor(Aussie series). Story was rushed and much cut by the fractured flow to the movie. majority seemed to be rushed flash backs just to save time.

10 minutes in I bailed because it was over the top. Read a few reviews, decided to persevere , what a waste of time. Gave up 30 minutes in. Cliched, pathetic attempt at humor, over the top CGI, tries hard and fails!
