I first saw this movie in 1955 when I was 5 years old. Some of the most terrifying scenes ever for a 5 year old were in this movie: Stomping on natives, Kong raising his face on the Subway in front of the train; Kong looking in at a brunette while she's sleeping, picking her up and then dropping her........The remakes don't come close, but the remake with Jack Black was 4 star, especially the Cinematic colors.

This movie has always stood on its own, and is truly a work of art! I really loved how the movie was made, (even though they used string puppets) its still a very fun movie to watch and is cool to think about! Really love classics like these! :D
