Reminds me of Brad Pitts tree of life movie. And enter the void to an extent. It's a tail of materialism and trying to fill that hole in your life with stuff but you never feel whole and you sulk. And about finding the beauty in the perfection of the universe, instilling purpose and love and passion into your life.

Lots of good actors and actresses in it, but there is no story at all, so no chance for a good performance from them. Very disappointing.

I love how deep this movie is. It is so much more than just randomness. I would say it almost has a religious side to it. Terence Malik is a master of capture. The capture of beauty and true human emotion and expression.
