Kumare is a feature documentary film about filmmaker Vikram Gandhi impersonating a fake guru and building a following of real people. Concealing his true identity from all he met, Kumare attracted a colorful cast of followers and forged profound, spiritual connections with real people from all walks of life. At the same time, Vikram had to confront difficult questions about his own identity.
