Supuestamente incriminada por torturar y matar a 600 niñas y mujeres jóvenes, la bella condesa húngara Elizabeth Bathory, llega al poder a inicios del siglo 17, luego del fallecimiento de su marido. Acusada de vampirismo y de bañarse en la sangre de sus víctimas para preservar su juventud y belleza, Bathory fue juzgada por 80 crímenes de muerte y es considerada la mayor asesina de la historia.
