However, his new lifestyle doesn't stop just there as he meets a teacher Mercedes (Roberts), who he unexpectedly falls head over heels in love for.

Thoroughly enjoyed this comedy about a guy (ever-loveable Tom Hanks) who loses his job and decides to become a student. Julia Roberts is electrifying as always. What it lacks in pace is more than compensated for by the performances. Worth it for the very funny cameo by George Takei alone.

Optimistic feel good movie with some great laughs. Really enjoyed it!
