In het gemeentelijk zwembad trainen Bertrand, Marcus, Simon, Laurent, Thierry en anderen onder het gezag van Delphine. Samen voelen ze zich vrij en nuttig. Ze gooien al hun energie in een discipline die voorheen eigendom was van vrouwen, namelijk het synchroonzwemmen. Deze uitdaging zal hen in staat stellen om de zin in het leven weer terug te vinden.
