In Texas, years before the events of the Texas Chain Saw Massacre, in the early days of the infamous Sawyer family, the youngest child is sentenced to a mental hospital after a suspicious incident leaves the sheriffs’ daughter dead. Ten years later, he kidnaps a young nurse and escapes with 3 other inmates. Pursued by authorities including the deranged sheriff out to avenge his daughter’s death, the young Sawyer teen goes on a violent road trip from hell, molding him into the monster known now as Leatherface.

It's ok overall . They certainly pack alot into 90 mins! However, if you've seen the original Texas chainsaw and the more recent films from the franchise over the last 10+ years, I don't feel this film fits in at all.

If I could this film wouldn't even get 1 star. Most of it is just running through the forrest. If I was a actor in this film I would be embarrassed to have my name to it. TOTAL PISH

Well...I've read the reviews and they're not glowing.But after watching it im inclined to believe that many reviewers talk directly from their asses..Really enjoyed this,nice telling of the story and beautifully shot and well acted.
