About this movie

A five-year-old Indian boy gets lost on the streets of Calcutta, thousands of kilometers from home. He survives many challenges before being adopted by a couple in Australia; 25 years later, he sets out to find his lost family.

Great film. But Nicole Kidman didn't fit well in the film. When she tried to act sad it was so awkward to watch. Anyways this was the saddest film I've watch so far.

Potentially wonderful story ruined by a woefully dull film. Not sure why some of the characters were in the film they brought nothing to the story. Perhaps read the book.

Such an amazing movie! I wasn't that interested in watching it but I'd heard rave reviews. So glad I did! Its one od my favourite movies
